9. Kaley Cuoco

If you were a fan of The Big Bang Theory, then you definitely recognize Kaley Cuoco. What many people don’t know, though, is that she’s not exactly a fan of strict dieting. In fact, she openly admits she’s never enjoyed working out either. Still, Kaley has struggled with her weight in the past, and credits her personal trainer for helping her stay on track. Interestingly, even though she dislikes exercise, she actually enjoys doing ab work—especially using a squat ball.
